CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your appointment time.

If you need to change the service chosen within your appointment please let us know 24 hours before or you will be charged for any costs that may incur.

When you enter your card details into the Fresha booking system, this is to secure your booking only. No funds will be taken unless you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up to your appointment.

SKIN TEST POLICY

If you are a new client and are having your first colour treatment with us, we will require you to have a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to your colour service. We can carry out this quick test at your free consultation.

Existing clients will also need a quick allergy test if it has been 3 months since your last colour treatment with us.

Unfortunately we will not be able to carry out any colour service without a skin test.

COLOUR POLICY

If you are having a colour service with us please could you ensure that your hair is free from residue before you attend your appointment.

Residue can form from many products for example a hair mask, conditioner, root touch up spray or an oil treatment.

Residual products can act as a barrier to the colour and may affect your treatment and we may not be able to provide your colour service.
